The minimum term of contract is three months. The licence contract automatically renews for another three months after every month of contract unless cancelled not less than five working days prior to termination of the monthly contract.
Alternatively, the account can be paused, for which the following criteria apply:
Pausing fee: 99€ monthly
Period: from the day of the next billing for max. 12 months (pausing can be cancelled earlier)
Login: locked
Absence alert: possible – please create it today in the settings, so your users will be informed about it.
The pausing is only possible for customers with the packages M, L or XL or formerly Business / Enterprise.
