MIA – “Messenger Information Assistant”
What is MIA and what can I do with it?
MIA is called Messenger Information Assistant, with which you can send content to multiple Messenger recipients/users under the menu item “MIA”. We recommend that the recipients log in to your channel via a widget. The users can of course also save the phone number on their smartphone and write directly to the channel.
To send push messages via MIA you can choose between different variants: message by template or free message.
Variant A: You use a message by template.
This push message is supported by:
- WhatsApp (+additional costs)
- Facebook Messenger (NPI entry required)
- Telegram
- Notify
- Apple Business Chat
Variant B: You use a free message.
This push sending is supported by:
- Facebook Messenger (NPI entry required).
- Telegram
- Notify
- Apple Business Chat
